Why does life have to change so? Its a depravity that the sweet innocence of childhood must fade into the complicated mess of adolescence. No wonder our teen years are so full of heartache. The magic leaves. Little by little it fades until one day, you wake up and its gone. You don't quite notice as it happens, but one day when you're all grown up you look back, and you remember it, and you wonder where it went. We are in such a hurry to grow up and when we get there we realize, as we fall into the daily grind, that we hurried along the best years of our lives. Its a shame...

It's been a while since I've been on here. About a year and a half since my last journal, but I plan to maybe start submitting some work again. I'm sorry to everyone who i left without even so much as a see you later. There's been stuff going on, if you really want to know send me a message.

So I fell asleep at 6:30 tonight laying on the couch in my jeans and everything (I hate when that happens :shakefist: ) and i just woke up (its now 3am :yawn: ) and I cannot get back to sleep! arg! Any way marching season is almost over which means no more drumline... And I dont know how i feel about it. In one sense im happy. I will have so much more free time without having practice everyday, but on the other had im really sort of sad. This is my senior year and this is my last chance to preform at states! *is nervous* Anyway this saturday is state championships! Wish me luck! I guess this is good bye to drumline to all the memories and al
